    1. “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in these Terms) refers to PT. SOUF PERFORMANCE GROUP.
    1. “Service” refers to the Website and the services provided through it, including the rental of bungalows.
    1. “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
    1. “Website” refers to Nelly Homestay, accessible from https://nellyhomestay.com.

2. Services

We provide bungalow rental services, which are managed through a third-party platform, Smoobu, that handles bookings and payments. All bookings and payments made via our website are subject to these Terms and any terms and conditions imposed by Smoobu.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
  • Ensure that the payment method used is valid and that you have sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of your booking.
  • Follow all local laws and regulations that apply to your use of our services and your stay in our rental properties.
  • Not misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, or any actions that could damage our website or services.
  • Ensure that all guests comply with any house rules provided for the rental property.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All payments are processed securely via Smoobu. We do not store any payment information such as credit card details.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • All rates listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your reservation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Any cancellation made less than one week before check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued according to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval. We do not guarantee refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

7. Modification of Bookings

  • Any requests to modify your booking (e.g., change of dates) are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
  • PT. SOUF PERFORMANCE GROUP reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative accommodation may be offered.

8. Liability

  • PT. SOUF PERFORMANCE GROUP does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any guest during their stay, unless it is proven that the loss or damage was caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, inaccuracies on our website, or third-party services like Smoobu that may affect your booking.

9. House Rules

Guests are required to follow all house rules provided during their stay. Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the booking without refund and possible additional charges for damages or misconduct.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any cancellations or interruptions caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable events (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or provide refunds as applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of PT. SOUF PERFORMANCE GROUP and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution
